Guarantee of Authenticity
Buying jewellery is matter of trust! In Switzerland, precious metal products must bear the mark for a standard of fineness and a “mark of responsibility” which has been registered with the Central Office of Precious Metal Control. The company Tarnoki is registered at the Swiss Central Office of Precious Metal Control in CH-3003 Bern with the responsibility mark no. 22515. You will find our responsibility mark on the back of your guardian angel pendant, right next to the mark for the standard of fineness.
Payment Terms
We only accept prepayments made to our German bank account via wire transfer. Our bank’s sort code will be sent to you in an email upon receipt of your order.
Transparency
Your trust is important to us. There are no hidden costs. All prices in the online shop are valid for countries within the European Union and are specified in euros (incl. 19% VAT and shipping costs). This is made possible through the “country of origin principle” which was introduced within the EU at the start of the internal market for cross-border sales to private individuals. This means that private persons from other member states of the EU who purchase goods in Germany may be charged with German VAT.
Since 1 July 2003, international wire transfers made in euros within the EU are treated like corresponding payment transactions within the member states. To take advantage of this, you can make your wire transfers in euros to our bank account in Germany.
We recommend customers outside of the EU enquire with their house bank about any additional fees incurred by international wire transfers prior to placing their order.
