Is there a minimum purchase value?
No, there is no minimum purchase value in the Tarnoki jewellery online shop.
Once I have confirmed my order, is it still possible for me to make changes?
Various factors determine whether it is still possible to change an order. Please contact our customer service without delay in order to check whether it is still possible to change the order.

Yes, in the shopping cart, you can enter your voucher code at any time. Enter your voucher number in the corresponding field. The invoice amount will automatically be reduced by the value of your voucher.

When will my purchase be delivered?
We will complete your order as quickly as possible. As soon as your payment is received, the desired engraving will be etched onto the piece of jewellery. Next, the purchase is shipped. For further details, please see Delivery Times & Shipment.
How will I be notified of the status of my order?
We will notify you via e-mail regarding the status of your order. You can also view the current status of your order at any time in your customer account.
After your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail with confirmation of payment. In addition, after your purchase has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number, so that you can follow the progress of the delivery.

What is the procedure for a return?
Have you found fault with your purchase or wish to invoke your right to return your purchase (only applies for pieces of jewellery without engraving) within 14 days of the delivery date?
